Another successful year for Santa Claus, the Christmas Mother, Target and the Chesterfield Jaycees!

On December 9, 2006, the Chesterfield Jaycees and volunteers from the Christmas Mother met at Target in Chester for a grand morning.  Children were invited by the Christmas Mother to join a shopping tour for their families.  Each child got a gift certificate and was paired with a volunteer to shop with and they selected presents for that child's family members.

Then, as Santa's elves merrily wrapped the gifts, the big man himself, Santa, came and visited the children after they enjoyed breakfast in a Target break room.  Santa surprised each child with a gift of his or her own.

Special thanks to the Christmas Mother and Target of Chester in helping the Jaycees make this another successful year for the Christmas Shopping Tour.  We couldn't have done it without you!
