Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 2 p.m., Harry G. Daniel Park at Iron Bridge

The Easter Bunny is coming and will be hiding hundreds of eggs!  Last year was a tremendous success, and we are hoping for more of the same this year!  Come out and enjoy a beautiful day filled with fun activities for the kids such as face painting, coloring, and games!  Free to the public!

Fourth of July

Every 4th of July, the Chesterfield Jaycees sell glow necklaces to help celebrate the day.  This is a great fundraiser to help support our community events!

Pig Races

Come out to Brandermill Nursing Home and Assisted Living Care Facility to help the residents enjoy an evening full of fun and excitement! The infamous Pig races are every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM .

Christmas Shopping Tour

A cornerstone of our community involvement!  Every year the Chesterfield Jaycees take underpriviledged children shopping for their families.  This is one of our most cherished events, and truly brings meaning to the Season!  The 2010 shopping dates will be set soon, and we need your support to raise the necessary funds to continue this great event!

Stockings for the Troops

Every Holiday season we collect donations from friends, family members, coworkers, and anybody else we can find to help with this great cause.  We send at least 50 individual packages to the troops each year to thank them for what they do, and to do what we can to brighten their spirits!

Adopt-a-Highway

The Chesterfield Jaycees have adopted Providence Road between Midlothian Turnpike and Reams Road.  We clean the road up to twice a year.  Future dates to be announced soon!

Christmas Tree Lot

Come out and help us sell Christmas trees to get into the Holiday spirit!  This is by far our largest fundraiser of the year, providing us with the funding necessary to continue with our community service efforts!

The lot is in front of the Manchester Rescue Squad on the corner of Courthouse and Hull Street - look for us!
